Yammm Support

Let’s get you
connected.

Open this page on the computer you need help with. You don’t need to know its name or TeamViewer ID.

Already speaking with us?

Open the session link your Yammm technician sends you on this computer. Follow the instructions on that page and keep your technician on the phone if you get stuck.

How browser screen sharing works

If your technician sends a browser-sharing link, you can show them your screen without downloading QuickSupport. Use Chrome or Microsoft Edge on a computer.

  1. Open the link, choose Check supporter, and confirm that you recognize your Yammm technician.
  2. Confirm that you have read the supporter details, then choose Start session and Share screen.
  3. Select the screen, window, or browser tab your technician needs to see, then click Share.

Your technician can see what you share and talk you through the next step. Browser sharing does not give them control of your mouse or keyboard. You can stop sharing at any time.

If you need hands-on help, your technician will guide you through the next connection step. If your Mac asks for screen-recording permission or sharing does not start, tell your technician.

When your technician asks

Open Yammm QuickSupport

This helper lets you request remote support. If TeamViewer is already running or you see an error, use the guidance above and tell your technician before continuing.

Download Yammm QuickSupport

Opens TeamViewer’s download page. Downloading is the first step; you still need to open the file.

I’m using Windows
  1. Open your browser’s Downloads list, or open the Downloads folder in File Explorer.
  2. Double-click the TeamViewerQS.exe file you just downloaded.
  3. When Yammm Support opens, enter your name and company with a short description of the problem. Keep the app open.
  4. When your Yammm technician connects, choose Allow access.

If Windows blocks the file or asks for something you don’t recognize, tell your technician what the message says.

I’m using a Mac
  1. Open Finder → Downloads and find the file you just downloaded.
  2. If it is TeamViewerQS.zip, double-click it to unpack it. Then double-click the TeamViewerQS app. Opening the ZIP alone does not start support.
  3. When Yammm Support opens, enter your name and company with a short description of the problem. Keep the app open.
  4. Allow your Yammm technician to connect. They’ll guide you if macOS asks for screen-recording or accessibility permission.

If your download has a different name or you see an error, tell your technician what you see.
